⦁ You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

⦁ Continuing to use the app after modifications means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
⦁ These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
⦁ In case of any dispute, we will attempt to resolve it amicably. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to the competent courts in the Sultanate of Oman.

⦁ يتحمل البائعون مسؤولية الامتثال لجميع القوانين المتعلقة بالبيع الإلكتروني.
5.2 مسؤوليات السائقين
⦁ يجب الالتزام بالمواعيد المحددة لتوصيل الطلبات.

⦁ يتحمل السائق مسؤولية أي أضرار أو تأخير ناتج عن إهماله أو عدم امتثاله لهذه الشروط.

⦁ جميع الحقوق والملكية الفكرية للتطبيق ومحتوياته تعود إلى Go Oman ولا يجوز لك استخدام أو إعادة إنتاج أي جزء من التطبيق دون إذن مسبق.
7. حدود المسؤولية
⦁ يتم توفير التطبيق "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات، ونحن غير مسؤولين عن أي خسائر مباشرة أو غير مباشرة تنتج عن استخدام التطبيق.
⦁ لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن أي مشاكل ناتجة عن استخدامك لخدمات البائعين أو السائقين عبر التطبيق.
8. الإنهاء والتعليق
⦁ يحق لـ Go Oman تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك إذا خالفت أيًا من هذه الشروط أو إذا كان هناك نشاط غير قانوني مشتبه به.
9. التعديلات على الشروط والأحكام
⦁ قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط والأحكام من وقت لآخر، وسنخطرك بأي تغييرات رئيسية عبر التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني. استمرار استخدام التطبيق بعد التعديلات يعني موافقتك عليها.
10. القانون المعمول به وحل النزاعات
⦁ تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين سلطنة عمان.
⦁ في حالة أي نزاع، يتم حله وديًا، وإذا لم يتم التوصل إلى حل، فسيتم اللجوء إلى المحاكم المختصة في سلطنة عمان.
